- For another Royal Mail service shipment (exclude Royal Mail Class 1st and Class 2nd with NON-signed and track) we will cover if your items lost or damaged.
- Another UK Delivery option we will cover all your items if your item lost or damaged we will exchange it.
- International Shipment (exclude UK) We are cover every item if your item lost or damaged. If your items lost or damaged, we will exchange it.
- We will not accept returns product which have been modified.
- We will not accept returns damaged when it has been modified.
- We will not accept returns product if you not want it anymore.
- We will not accept returns product if it not fit on your motorcycle. (We will help you for supply some parts to fit)
- If you receive damaged product please contact our customer service we will exchange the item.
- Customer must pay to return the item. Cancel return within 14 days.
- Specify the correct return address - you can keep multiple addresses on file and contact customer service for return.
