How do we protect your Personal Information

MCSPEED is committed to your privacy. This privacy notice explains our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information. We protect your personal information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers.


Delivery delays

If customer not received parcel or your parcel loss please wait until 30 days from date you confirm order. If that still not delivery parcel to customer we will send the item again.

 

Wrong Address for delivery

If customer giving the wrong address for postage and parcel return to MCSPEED we will not send it again until you pay another postage.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Customer can make a secured payment by credit card or debit card, PayPal and more payment options. To cancel the order and stop its dispatching you will have to contact support team or phone number +44 7397 2132 61 as soon as possible.


Virus protection

We make every effort to check and test mcspeed website for viruses and malware that could be damage customer computer system.


Affiliates user agreement

All affiliates user must send true proof of the company plus tax id number details and address to MCSPEED.

Affiliates user website must have Terms and conditions, About us link.

Affiliates user agreement must show company details on the website.

MCSPEED LTD affiliate program is free and enables members to earn revenue by placing a link or links on their web site which advertises MCSPEED LTD or specific products on it. Any sales made to customers who have clicked on those links will earn the affiliate commission. The standard commission rate is currently 5%.


POLICY

 1. Specify the correct return address - you can keep multiple addresses on file and contact customer service for return.

  •  For return item to seller postage up to 14 days.

2. If the payment not right you item will not send out and we will cancel your order.

  • Royal Mail Class 1st and Class 2nd with NON-signed and track delivery shipment will not cover if your items lost or damaged.

  • For another Royal Mail service shipment (exclude Royal Mail Class 1st and Class 2nd with NON-signed and track) we will cover if your items lost or damaged.
  • Another UK Delivery option we will cover all your items if your item lost or damaged we will exchange it.
  • International Shipment (exclude UK) We are cover every item if your item lost or damaged. If your items lost or damaged, we will exchange it.

 

How long would it take to receive a refund

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.


RETURN POLICY

  • We will not accept returns product which have been modified.

  • We will not accept returns damaged when it has been modified.
  • We will not accept returns product if you not want it anymore.
  • We will not accept returns product if it not fit on your motorcycle. (We will help you for supply some parts to fit, if the parts still not fit please create return)
  • If you receive damaged product please contact our customer service we will exchange the item.
  • Customer must pay to return the item. Cancel return within 14 days.
  • Return the product, please make it protect damaged product carrier.
  • Specify the correct return address - you can keep multiple addresses on file and contact customer service for return.
  • Please contact customer service before you create return or create return at customer return.

  • Full refund for item using free delivery option. Not refund if paid for delivery only refund for item price if return.
