Royal Mail delivery time

Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class deliver in two to three working days.

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class deliver the next working day, Some time delay delivery 2 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®  - guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 9am or 1pm.

International Signed / International Tracked / International Tracked and Signed. 

Europe delivery within three to five working days and rest of the world within five to seven working days.

Royal Mail Signed For® and 1st and 2nd Class parcel services aren't tracked throughout their journey. These services provide the sender with online delivery confirmation. Royal Mail Signed For® also provides a signature from the recipient upon delivery.


Parcelforce delivery time

Parcelforce Two Day Delivery - express48 deliver within two days everywhere in the UK although extended delivery times.

Parcelforce Next day parcel delivery - express24 deliver within One or two days everywhere in the UK although extended delivery times.

Delivery from 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 4 to 6 working days rest of the world.

Your parcel is fully tracked parcel cannot send to PO Box addresses.


International delivery time

Europe EU : 3-5 working days. Delivery courier sometime delay up to 7 working days.

Be clear about where you deliver to

Make sure delivery address are correct for delivery location In a recent survey* nearly a third of websites didn't state whether they delivered to the country the consumer was trying to order from. This is unnerving for the customer, who begins shopping without being certain that the order will be accepted or delivered. Retailers must reassure overseas customers and make delivery destinations clear on their website.


Support accurate address capture

Be clear about customs charges

If you wish to target customers outside of the EU countries such as Australia and the USA, it is worth pointing out there are relatively high thresholds before customs charges are applied and by sharing these thresholds up front, you are allowing your customers to make an informed decision. Fortunately, sales within the EU incur no customs charges at all.


Returns

After receiving the item, cancel the purchase within 14 days.

We will not accept returns for products which have been modified.

We will not accept returns for products which do not fit to your motorcycle (We will help you and supply to fit).

When goods are supplied in error or arrive damaged we will cover all shipping costs to exchange the item.

When we accepts your return, you'll receive an email to your Messages with the subject “Completed”. You'll need to send it back within 14 days, using tracked postage. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process.


Refund

Once we receives the item back from you, Once we agreed to refund you, you'll receive an email letting you know. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
